Could you refer me to a right approach for installation of the NetWevear DLLs?

The recommended way to install the required RFC DLLs is the installation of the add-on “Business Explorer” distributed by SAP along with
SAPGUI
. The process of installation is described in the " Getting Started
" docu in the topic “Installation of the RFC Library via SAP GUI”.
Another option is a manual installation – see the topic “Manual Installation of the RFC Library binaries”.
Important: make sure that ALL the files listed in the matrix are copied into the RIGHT directory on your PC during the installation (including all these “icudt*.dll”, etc).
