CIC for Commerzbank

CRM-system for private banking called CIC for the former Dresdner Bank (now Commerzbank). This system manages all the important data of bank customers to optimize strategies for personal investments. It allows to add and maintain additional data (customer habits, categorizations, management of authorities etc.) completing the central customer data imported to the system daily. An online account to this data allows the costumer consultants to optimize the bank services and to minimize risks for investment strategies.
