Human Resources Planning System

Aprico, a human resources planning system developed for Alstom (GE). This system is designed for large companies working on multiple projects in several locations. Aprico enables to maintain manpower capacities on a very detailed level up to a period of three years. A simulation tool allows to compare actual planned with future required capacities visually. This ensures an efficient and cost aware planning of manpower. Aprico provides also functionality to structure department staff hierachically. This feature allows to react quickly and flexible to possible strategic changes in a large company.
