I get the error "partner '...: 3300' not reached" when connecting to a SAP System.
This is probably due to restrictions in my firewall.

Ports between 3300 and 3399 have to be open to connect via Internet to a SAP-Server.
This is in the real world normally protected by some firewall rules.
